1. Overview

Welcome to Heritage Enthusiast Racing (“HER”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing from or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases, whether through our online store, pop-up events, or authorized retailers. HER reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Fulfillment

• All orders are processed in the order they are received.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability.
• Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after fulfillment has begun.
• Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary based on carrier performance.

3. Product Information

We strive to display our products accurately, including colors, textures, and materials. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, production runs, and natural material differences. These are not considered defects.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to deliver products that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and detail. Because each item is handled and packaged with care, we must uphold strict return conditions to protect the integrity of our goods.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The request must be submitted within 7–14 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• All tags, seals, and protective labels must remain attached and intact.
• Packaging may be opened for inspection only — but if tags or seals have been removed or tampered with, the return will not be accepted.

HER reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, the following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened or used car-care products
• Worn or washed apparel
• Sale or discounted items
• Limited-release or collaboration products
• Gift cards and digital products

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email heritage.enthusiast.racing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approved returns will receive a return authorization and instructions.
3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Upon inspection and approval, a refund or store credit will be issued.
5. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process.

HER reserves the right to issue store credit only for returns that do not fully meet the outlined conditions but are deemed in acceptable resale condition.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please contact our team within 7–14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same condition requirements listed above.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will replace or refund defective items at no cost once verified. Normal wear and tear or damage from improper use is not covered.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All shipments are made FOB origin. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. HER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, product names, photography, and written material on this site are the intellectual property of Heritage Enthusiast Racing. Use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
