Ordering

How can I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your items, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, head to checkout and securely complete your order using any accepted payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we can’t always make changes once an order is confirmed. If you need to modify or cancel, email heritage.enthusiast.racing@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best to assist.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll also receive a tracking link to follow its progress.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address or contact details?

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at heritage.enthusiast.racing@gmail.com with your order number and corrected information. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you. Once an order has been dispatched, we can’t make address changes.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. International shipping is not available at this time

Which delivery services do you use?

Orders are shipped using UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your region and the shipping speed you select at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days from the ship date, depending on your location

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and a direct link to monitor your package.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal — all processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Can I pay in my local currency?

All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways that meet the highest PCI compliance standards. We never store your card information.

Why was my payment declined?

This may occur due to incorrect billing info, insufficient funds, or a security block from your bank. Please verify your details or contact your financial institution before retrying.

Can I pay on delivery?

We do not currently offer cash-on-delivery. All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or I changed my mind?

We accept returns on eligible items within 7–14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. For hygiene and quality reasons, items that appear used or damaged may not qualify for return.

How do I return an item from another country?

Email heritage.enthusiast.racing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and a return address.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll be notified by email when your refund is complete.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Email heritage.enthusiast.racing@gmail.com with your order number and preferred size or color. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
